CONNECTION TO CANCER
◘ Middle or High School students who are cancer survivors – essay, poem or artwork
◘ Middle School students with a family member/friend who has cancer – essay, poem or artwork
◘ High School students with a family member/ friend who has cancer – essay, poem or artwork
◘ Open to students grades 6-12 who have a cancer connection
◘ Must be a resident of Kentucky or Southern Indiana
◘ Parent/Guardian consent to participate
◘ One entry per student – essay, poem or artwork
◘ All entries must be postmarked, emailed or delivered to Gilda’s Club Louisville by OCTOBER 15, 2014
Cash prizes up to $500 for winning entries.
